We are now looking for a full-time chef to join our kitchen team, with a preferred start in August or September. If you enjoy working with quality ingredients and want to be part of a passionate and dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities and qualifications
As a chef, you will prepare, cook, and plate dishes from our lunch, à la carte, and set menus.
The role includes:
Working closely with the other chefs to maintain consistent quality
Handling stress and periods of high workload
Following our routines for HSE, training, and quality control
Preparing ingredients and mise en place
Keeping your station, equipment, and personal workspace clean
Working efficiently
Holding a professional chef certificate
We are looking for someone who:
Is enthusiastic, service minded, and eager to learn
Preferably has experience with Spanish cuisine
Is structured, clean, and organized
Can work independently and as part of a team
Can work evenings and weekends
Is solution oriented and positive
