Restaurant Stallen

Our story is built on ingredients we grow ourselves, combined with close partnerships with carefully selected farmers and fishermen. Most of our produce comes from Norway, while we also source ingredients from across the Nordic region. There are only a handful of exceptions beyond the Nordic borders, and we continuously strive to find high-quality local alternatives.
